Ph.D. degree in March 2012 in field of Cytogenetics. Thesis entitled: “Role of Cytogenetic Studies in Acute Myeloid Leukaemia”.
Presented an oral paper “Cytogenetics Abnormalities as Biomarkers in Clinical Significance of Acute Myeloid Leukemia: An Indian Experience” in “6th International conference on Biomarkers in Clinical Research at Toronto, Canada (2015).

Awards& Achievements:
Dr. T.B. Patel Research Medal (Bronze) in (January 2002 & 2007).
A Young Scientist Award received during 30th Indian Society of Human Genetics at CCMB, Hyderabad from 20th –23rd Feb 2005 for oral presentation paper, “Karyology of Malignant Effusion: A cytogenetic & Molecular Approach”.
Organized a “National conference on New Horizons in Cancer Biology” in March 16-17, 2018.
